The Panam Servicing website is offered to you predicated on your acceptance, without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices herein contained. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Licensing

Where applicable, Panam Servicing Co., LLC is an authorized licensee of the names and logos of Panam Servicing's client resorts and other third parties. Panam Servicing may also grant client resorts and other third parties the use of Panam Servicing's name and logo. Panam Servicing Co., LLC is a separate and independent company from these client resorts and third parties and their respective network of companies. Such licensing shall not be used to construe, any partnership, joint venture, agency, subsidiary or parent relationship between Panam Servicing, LLC and their client resorts or any of the client resorts' affiliated companies. The license arrangement between Panam Servicing and any client resort may be terminated without notice to you.

Member Account, Password and Security

For any product or service that requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form.

During the registration process you will choose a password and a username. To simplify the registration process, your email address will be used as a username. To ensure accuracy you will be able to update your username / email address online anytime. Please note that online correspondence and requests may not be honored if the email address is inaccurate. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Panam Servicing immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Panam Servicing will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. Notwithstanding, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Panam Servicing or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time.

Privacy and Protection of Information

Panam Servicing does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. Panam Servicing may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of businesses with whom we have a relationship about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (email, name, address, and telephone number, etc.) is not transferred to the third party.

In the course of business, Panam Servicing may derive information from and supply information to any company of the respective client resorts' network of companies in order to provide the best service to Panam Servicing's customers and the members of Panam Servicing's client resorts.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings and email, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose; however assume no liability for their breach of this obligation.

During the course of certain functions, the Panam Servicing website may collect certain information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include, for example, your device type, IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. Panam Servicing uses this information for the operation of the web service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the website.

Hardware and Software Requirements

In order to use the website and receive information electronically from Panam Servicing, you must have an email address and submit it to Panam Servicing upon sign-up for any subscription, service or other item provided under this Agreement. You may withdraw your consent or update your email address online. However, if you choose to withdraw this consent, you may incur additional fees to receive required information by mail in lieu of electronic communications.
