Billing for Maintenance Fees

Panam Servicing prepares and mails maintenance fee invoices as indicated by your resort and according to the terms in your membership agreement. Your contract or membership agreement contains the specifics regarding billing intervals. Maintenance fees are often referred to as Club Service Fees (CSF) or Resort Maintenance Fees (RMF).

Your bill will include all the instructions to make your payments. Payments received after the due date will be considered delinquent and an appropriate delinquency fee will be imposed. Please refer to your membership contract for details.

Diverse Payment Methods

Panam Servicing offers many convenient ways to make your payments.

• Pay online at members area anytime.
• Call us to make your payment with one of our representatives.
• Pay by check.

When paying with check, be sure to include your membership number on the check and make it payable to the correct membership company. If you are uncertain, refer to your membership agreement or call our office for assistance. Checks made payable to an incorrect payee may be returned, and if late will incur a late fee.

If you would like to simplify your loan payment, we offer options to schedule them automatically.

Direct Debit

You can enroll to have your loan payment deducted from your bank account. This is a free service and a US bank is required.

MOPACC

The Monthly Payment on Credit Card program lets you schedule your payment to be charged to your credit card.

Paid In Full Letters

After your Membership Loan has been paid in full we will send you a letter stating that your loan was paid in full. You may also contact us to request a copy of that letter at any time.
